Would you like to book the hot tub in connection with renting the venue?
Then you will pay a fixed price:<\/p>

1 session<\/strong>\u00a03 300 SEK
2 sessions<\/strong>\u00a06 000 SEK
(5:30 PM-8:30 PM or 9:00 PM-12:00 AM)<\/p>

Note! The hot tub\u00a0must be booked separately<\/strong> and when booking, you must always enter your card details, this as a security for us in case of a late cancellation. Any cancellation of the hot tub must be made at least 2 weeks in advance <\/strong>the visit. In case of a late cancellation, a\u00a0booking fee of 1 580 SEK will be charged.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Payment is to be made on-site along with the remaining balance.
With a fixed price, towels are not included.<\/strong><\/p>

General<\/strong> information
<\/b>When you rent the venue, you get access to our crockery, kitchen, kitchen utensils, tables, and chairs.\u00a0The venue rental does not include food, drinks, the hot tub\u00a0<\/b>furnishing, table setting, waste disposal, washing dishes, or cleaning!<\/b>\u00a0We offer a cleaning service that includes waste disposal, dishwashing, and cleaning. During the summer season and weekends, we highly recommend that you add the cleaning service\u00a0<\/span>as the venue must be cleaned and ready by 7:00 AM the following day. Note! We do not rent the venue to individuals under 21 years old. Please note that you need<\/strong> to make a separate booking<\/strong> to rent the hot tub if you wish to book it in connection with your event.\u00a0<\/p>

Rules for Extradition
<\/b>1:00 PM<\/strong> On the same day as the party: The key will be handed over, and the total rent will be paid. You will also receive a walkthrough and access to\u00a0<\/span>the event venue storage, where you can store food, drinks, etc. (There are 2 refrigerators and 1 small freezer at your disposal.)
5:00 PM <\/strong>You will have access to the venue to set up and arrange everything (it it not possible<\/span><\/strong> to access the venue earlier)
6:00 PM<\/strong>\u00a0It's okay to start receiving your guests
2:00 AM<\/strong>\u00a0You must leave the venue, and the power will be turned off in most parts of the venue.<\/p>

7:00 AM<\/strong>\u00a0The day after, the venue must be cleaned and returned to the same condition as when it was received.
By\u00a012:00 PM<\/strong>\u00a0the following day, the event venue storage must be emptied, and the key must be returned.
<\/span>If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded.<\/p>

Upon booking, you pay a deposit of 3 000 SEK, which will be refunded the day after the event if everything is in order in the venue.
Any damages must be compensated by the guest!<\/p>

Any cancellation must be made\u00a0at least 3 months in advance<\/b>\u00a0of the current booking.
